elden ring it is full of equipment. From curved blades to large shields, along with full armor that dress your tarnished as a wolf knight, there is no shortage of equipment to enter the Midlands. But while some things scattered around FromSoftware’s beautiful and desolate world are easy to find, perhaps dropped from a fallen boss or buried in a random chest, others can take hours and hours to acquire. So we thought we would help you out by listing some of the rarest weapons in the game and how to get them.
Like other Soulsborne games, elden ring it has drop rates for enemies, which means you can often handle what your opponents are doing. this statistic, relies heavily on random number generators, makes acquiring items tedious due to how unpredictable the chances of gear appearing are. If something like the common dagger, has a high drop rate, you are more likely to find it around the Lands Between or on a dead enemy. However, because some weapons have drop rates as low as 0.5 percent, you’ll likely spend a few hours searching for them if you want to acquire them. It sounds like it sucks, but there are ways to increase the drop rate, including leveling up. the discovery stat through arcane and gear items that multiply an item’s drop rate.
You have to improve that drop rate
Discovery is the attribute to pay attention to if you are farming hard-to-get weapons. A stat that literally affects the chances of finding gear on enemy corpses, discovery starts at 100 points. Yes, you could roam the Midlands with this basic starting level, but putting runes on the arcane ability increases your discovery stat, which increases your drop rate. In addition to that, you could equip the silver beetle Y Silver Tear Mask, both of which increase your arcane ability (thereby increasing your discovery stat) and increase your chances of item drops. If that’s not enough, you can also use the Silver Pickled Poultry Foot consumable to further increase your discovery stat and improve item drop rate for three minutes. Now, it’s time to find the shit.
So with that, here are four rare elden ring weapons with the lowest drop rates.
A sickle-shaped dagger from Smol
First, with a 0.5 percent drop rate, it’s the sickle of the celebrant. This dagger doesn’t do much damage, with a physical attack stat of only 79, but what makes this weapon special, apart from how rare it is to get, is its passive ability. Each successful hit gives you 10 runes. sure is that Quick Step Weapon Skill, an action that allows you to avoid damage by dodging your way around, is great and comes in handy during tense fights with multiple enemies. However, nothing can compare to the fact that just attacking enemies in the Lands Between makes you a bit richer. Feels good, man.
To get this, you will have to travel to Dominula, Windmill Village, a flowery outpost on the plateau of Atlus populated by eerie dancing cultists. There are two enemies in the village. dressed in tattered blue robes carrying the dagger, and those are the only two enemies worth killing here. You could fight the other cultists, which could drop anyone the celebrant’s knife either Celebrant’s Rib Rakebut it’s the dagger you want for rune gains. (It’s worth noting that the Celebrant’s other weapons also give you runes.) While the Sickle of the Celebrant has a 0.5 percent drop rate, which means you’ll spend some time farming it, there’s a Site of Grace right in front of the outpost. So all you need to do is hit that Grace Site, kill the two blue-clad cultists, and repeat until you get it.
A hot sword made of magma
The next is the magma sheet, a curved sword with a one percent drop rate. It’s not that strong, only dealing 96 physical attack damage. However, its paltry attack stat is offset by the sword’s flashy Weapon Skill: Magma Rain, which spits huge pools of lava onto the ground to deal continuous fire damage to an enemy. That alone makes it worth getting a weapon, even if it’s a hassle to fight.
You’re gonna have to make your way to the dreaded Volcano Manor legacy dungeon to find this sheet. After you have been transported to the lava riddled location and head to the Eiglay Temple Grace Site, you just need to look for those serpent-men with the glowing sword in their right hand. Snake-men aren’t particularly tough, but because they hold Magma Blade, they also make use of the Magma Shower weapon skill. So be careful when fighting them so you don’t get burned. And again, if you don’t get the Magma Blade on the first few tries, then all you have to do is respawn at the Site of Grace and try, try, try again.
A set of noble swords two for one
Finally, nobleman’s stock Y Nobleman’s Thin Sword are two weapons that can be found in the same area, but because they both have a 0.5 percent drop rate, you’ll likely find one before the other. Starting with the Noble’s Stoc, this attack sword deals 104 physical attack damage and is paired with the Impaling Impalement attack weapon ability. Moving on, the Nobleman’s Slender Sword is considered the longest straight sword in elden ring, has a 101 physical attack damage stat, and is equipped with the quick slash Square Off weapon ability. In truth, both weapons are medium, but their low drop rate is what makes them something of a collector’s item.
To get these swords, you have to go back to Limgrave. Yes, that’s right, you will return to the first areas to farm these weapons. There are other places you find them, like the legacy dungeon of Raya Lucaria Academy either the depressing region of Caelidbut Waypoint Ruins It is the best place to grow. A bit far from that Site of Grace is a troll-drawn carriage with some wandering divine soldiers and nobles behind it. As you might have guessed from the names of the weapons, it’s the nobles you’re killing here and that’s about it. So, whack their butt, pick up whatever they drop, and repeat this process until you get the blades. It will take a while, so be prepared.
These are just some of the rare weapons you can find in elden ring. There are plenty of others to add to your bag, including Gilmir Glintstone’s staff Y Guarddog Greatsword. Keep your eyes peeled as you navigate through the Midlands. You never know what you will find.
